Bra Measuring guide:
Step 1: Take a firm measurement around the rib cage, make sure the tape measure is directly beneath the breast and that it is firm around the back.
Determine your back size from the following:-

| Band size | 30 | 32 | 34 | 36 | 38 |
Step 2: You now need to take a measurement over the fullest part of the bust. This will help determine your cup size. Again, make sure that the tape measure is taunt but not too tight.
Step 3: Now you need to subtract the second measurement from the first. The number you are left with will help you determine your cup size. Use the table below.
